Rev. Nicole Phillips, Founder & Executive Director

Nicole Philips had worked in various ministry positions prior to starting Lavished Ministries. After obtaining her Bachelor's in Biblical Studies, she worked as a Substance Abuse Counselor. Nicole will complete her Master's of Organizational Leadership in June 2019. She continues to be working on her first book: Stripped Christianity: A Call to the Church to Love the Unlovable. Nicole is an ordained minister through the Assemblies of God and a Certified Assistant Life Coach through Dream Releaser Coaching. Nicole also serves on the Executive Board of the Florida Circuit 14 Human-Trafficking Task Force.


Shanta Sapp, outreach gift coordinator & community of care coordinator; specializing in mental health

Shanta Sapp has been our Outreach Gift Coordinator since 2015. Shanta owns Southern Comfort Gifts and has many years of experience running and growing businesses. Shanta has her Master’s of Psychology and serves on the Advisory Board as the Community of Care Coordinator for the Department of Children and Families; focusing on mental health. Shanta also serves on our Advisory Board as the Treasurer.


Sherri rocher, empowerment class coordinator

Sherri Rocher taught in the public school system for 30 years. Her love for teaching women life-skills and Biblical principles overflows into her classes. Many topics are covered during our themed bi-weekly Empowement Class; a comfortable and confidential setting where ladies can gather to be uplifted and inspired.



Amanda Marshall is our children’s outreach gift coordinator who has been providing gifts each month for the children of the dancers we reach! She, her husband, and children, have fun picking out items and putting gifts together every month. Amanda is an active member of Northside Assembly of God.

kendra lundstrum, survivor advocate

Kendra Lunstrum, a pastor’s daughter, grew up in church, but chose to enter into the party scene at a young age. After years of dancing and being a sugar baby, she became a victim of domestic violence who feared for her life. She was able to break free from her abuser and has now chosen to dedicate her life to bringing hope and healing to others. Kendra currently serves as a contributing “Survivors Speak” writer for Lavished Ministries.


Rachael Dent, Volunteer Coordinator

Rachael Dent primarily serves as our Volunteer Coordinator. Rachael has obtained her Bachelor’s in Ministerial Leadership and also serves as a contributing writer to our newsletter. Because she has accompanied Nicole Phillips to many training events, Rachael is authorized to train on behalf of Lavished Ministries. Rachael is also the Secretary for our Advisory Board.


Keri Kazebeer, Director of Awareness & Business liaison

Keri Kazebeer served in the United States Air Force for over nine years; followed by eight years in the medical field. She currently works for the U.S. Navy and owns Keri’s Eye Candy Boutique. Keri holds two health science degrees and a Bachelor’s in Accounting with a minor in Business Management. She has been able to travel to various parts of the world that are known for their “sex-for-sale” culture which encourages sex-trafficking such as: Amsterdam and Tijuana. With more than two decades of training and continuing education, she is fully aware of the need to raise public awareness and provide love and encouragement to survivors. Keri’s role within Lavished Ministries is to network with businesses, host trainings for hotels and restaurants that are in locations where trafficking could occur, and to promote community awareness and support for The Trindi Initiative.


rehnada grahn, director of aftercare & recovery

Rehnada Grahn, walks alongside the women we meet who currently work  or have transitioned out of the adult entertainment industry. Rehnada has obtained her Bachelor's in Human Services. Rehnada coordinates monthly prayer calls, offers one-on-one case management, and makes referrals for the ladies we meet.



Rev. Sula Skiles is an internationally requested speaker and survivor of sex-trafficking whom God uses to bring hope, deliverance, and freedom to others in bondage. Sula currently serves on the Lavished Ministries Advisory Board. Her and her husband are the executive pastors at Impact Life Church in Destin, FL

Amber ranae, survivor advocate

Amber Ranae is an overcomer of childhood sexual assault, rape, and domestic violence. She entered into the sex industry in hope of gaining control. Amber wanted to change her life for the better. Amber is now a Registered Respiratory Therapist, obtaining her Bachelor’s in Public Health with a Minor in Sociology; emphasizing Restoration of Sexual Trauma and Prevention.
